INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRE-CUTTING THE LUMBER
  1. Cut 4' x 8' plywood sheet lengthwise into 3 pieces 16" wide.

  2. Cut 12" end off two of the pieces and save for later use.
    This leaves one 8' x 16" piece which is the Back Panel and two 7' x 16" pieces which are the Side Panels.

    (Refer to Figure 1)

  3. Cut 3" off 3 of the 2" x 4" x 8' studs and scrap.

  4. Cut 19" off 2 of the 2" x 4" x 8' studs and scrap.

  5. Cut 16" of scrap off 2 of the 2" x 4" x 8' studs and save for later use.

  6. Cut 16" of scrap off 2 of the 2" x 4" x 8' studs and scrap.
